GUEST RACE RULES

Participation in the Guest Race is open to all Interbourse participants, with the exception of those entering in the Team Race.

 Competitors in the Team Race who race the Guest Race under their name or under someone else’s name will be disqualified from the Team Race.

The Guest Race will be organised in accordance with the rules of the International Ski Federation. Any appeal must be filed with the Race Committee during the competition or no later than 15 minutes after the conclusion of the race.

Dear Captains, Further to my last update, I am writing to keep you in touch with our progress. Out of the total of 258 registrations, during the last few months we have received a number of cancellations for a variety of reasons, most recently driven by concerns about the new variant of COVID. The official cancellations total is 30 so we currently have 228 still registered for the event. We are realistic – we expect this number to fall further. Notably, we have two teams that have indicated they will likely cancel and that would take our total just under our targeted 200 level. Despite this and with feedback from so many of you keen to attend if you can, we will continue to run the event. If Italy shuts their borders, or if specifically London cannot travel then we will postpone. History of Interbourse

Interbourse has enjoyed its tradition for more than 50 years now. Interbourse is the world’s largest yearly international ski event for investment bankers, fund managers, securities traders, wealth management and portfolio managers, software vendors as well as employees from stock exchanges, media relations, clearing houses, IT providers and all involved in the financial industry. Interbourse has enjoyed its tradition for more than 50 years now. The first ever Interbourse was organised by participants of the Paris Stock Exchange in 1969 and was hosted in Les Menuires (France). PARALLEL SLALOM RACE RULES Participation in the Parallel Slalom is open to all Interbourse participants. 
Competitors must sign up at the Registration. Qualification: After one run, the following competitors enter the finals: > Ladies                8 fastest times > Gentlemen     32 fastest times Finals Race mode: Men 2 Heats (blue/red and red/blue) in round of 32, finals and small finals 1 Heat => Knockout in round of 16, 8 and 4, winner has the right to choose course red or blue Ladies 2 Heats (blue/red and red/blue) in round of 8, finals and small finals 1 Heat => Knockout in round of 4, winner has the right to choose course red or blue course red or blue Final Runs Men: Final Runs Ladies: The Parallel Slalom will be organised in accordance with the rules of the International Ski Federation.
